Whenever you use our Services, in the event of an error in the App, we collect data and information (through third-party products such as Firebase) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App when utilising our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
We do not share your data with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. However, your data may be processed and transferred under the following circumstances:
Service Providers (Google Firebase): We use Google Firebase SDK as our data processor for performance analytics. Data collected by Firebase is transmitted to and stored on servers operated by Google LLC. These servers may be located outside of your country of residence, primarily in the United States.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with valid legal obligations, protect and defend our rights, or ensure the personal safety of users and the public.
Cross-Border Data Transfers: Because our service providers operate globally, your technical information may be transferred to computers located outside of your state. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of this automated technical data to countries outside of your residence, including the United States, in accordance with this policy.
If you reside in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR regarding the limited technical data (such as IP addresses) collected via Firebase. Our legal basis for processing this data is our Legitimate Interest in maintaining App stability and security. You have the right to request access to or deletion of this diagnostic data, or to object to its processing. You may stop future data collection by uninstalling the App. You may also request deletion of certain data where applicable by contacting us.

All video content you download through Muka is stored locally on your device. We do not store, host, or have access to any content you download.
We value your trust in providing us with your information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
The data collected via Firebase is retained in accordance with Firebase's data retention policies. You may request deletion of any data associated with your use of the App by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the event we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary actions.
